The end of veganmofo

To the awesome vegan blogging community,

I have really enjoyed getting to know so many of you over the last month. Veganmofo has pushed me to pay more attention to what I eat, cook more, document my life, and meet vegans worldwide! After this, I will go back to posting more like once a week, but I will be looking forward to another veganmofo (and possibly a spring veganmofo?) and regularly checking out all your thoughtful blogs. Thank you so much for your support!
xoxoxoxo and peace and animal liberation, Chelsea

P.S. What are you guys doing for election night? There's a big party at a bar I'm considering, but if things go badly I don't know if I want to be around people...

Your mofo posts have been super fantabulous! You even lost your stuffed pepper virginity and shared it with all of us! :P

We're just staying home for election night, we're not very social people. But I am thinking about making some celebration cupcakes! I mean, there must be celebration!

not too sure what i'm doing the night of the election. probably going to pour myself a biiiiig glass of wine and relax and watch the votes roll in. i hope things go well (i think they totally will) - i'm keeping my fingers crossed - and putting my vote in on my lunch break (when there aren't any lines for the voting booths)! i'm superexcitedfaced!

Oh Chelsea - I've LOVED reading your blog and I'm so glad I entered MoFo for the sole reason on discovering all these wonderful fellows vegans out there!

chelsea, the feeling is mutual. btw, i did end up naming that casserole after you. when i was making my way back to veganism i was really scared that it wouldn't work, but because of the blogging community i really have never felt better about making the decision about the way i eat and live!

as for election night, i'm just gonna sit and cross my fingers. i'm really, really scared. i'm just coming from a place where i've experienced the very worst of presidents-(with the exception of mr. clinton) since i've been born.

VeganMoFo has been intense fun! I'm glad you were so active in it.

I think I'm going to a party at a house of obama-supporting vegans on the east side on election night, let me know if you're interested!

VeganMoFo I am sad to see it has come and gone. But I got to get in touch with blogs like yours, which I LOVE! Go Obama!

What little I know about it, it sounds like fun! I want to do it next time. I just got done looking at some of the food you have made....mmmmm....looks fabulous!
I hope Kucinich wins...hee hee hee!
