Stuffed acorn squash and mashed potatoesI have to say a little about that one... it was really good! I think the flavors would have gone a little better with a butternut squash, though. I sauteed apples, garbanzo beans, celery, mushrooms, walnuts, tomatoes, and quinoa in tomato paste and wine and added a bunch of spices. I didn't even consult a recipe for this one (I'm a novice!), and it was totally edible! haha

Oh sometimes it's really difficult to concentrate properly on all the things you should do before your exams..with lots of studying,reading etc..=( I often feel like it's to much...but well.. I'm tryin' to do my best.. I just have sooo much thoughts in my head and sometimes it's impossible to do all the stuff right..ahh =( I'd love to have it done now..but anyhow ..it's still some time ,,three months,,=//

The Nachos look fantastic!
I wanted to let you know I went to Portabello this week and really enjoyed it. I also tried to get reservations for Valentine's day but they are totally booked! I hope you and Jesse have a great time at Vita!

vegan chocolates, buffalo things, and lots of food porn--oh my! all of that looks great. i'm glad you had such a great valentines day. i'm really loving those nachos. i have to have soft-chos for now until the braces come off.
